<strong>100% remote</strong> | ? <strong>International team</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">At Sempico Solutions, we value ownership, responsibility, and open communication.<br /> You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders and directly influence the quality and stability of our CPaaS platform.</p> <p dir="ltr">This role has <strong>growth potential</strong> — in the future, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of QA processes and help build the QA direction.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are looking for a <strong>QA Engineer</strong> who will start with a strong focus on <strong>manual testing</strong> and gradually take ownership of <strong>test automation</strong>.</p> <p dir="ltr">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex products, improving quality at scale, and working closely with product and development teams in a telecom / CPaaS environment.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Perform manual testing of the Gatum CPaaS platform and related web interfaces</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design, develop, and maintain automated tests</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Write and update test documentation: test cases, checklists, and test plans</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Conduct regression testing during each release cycle</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Detect, document, verify, and re-test bugs</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with developers and the product team to clarify requirements<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Participate in product planning and QA strategy discussions</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Improve testing processes and contribute to overall product quality</p></li></ul> <p><br /><strong>Requirements</strong><strong>Must-have</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">2+ years of experience as a <strong>Manual QA Engineer</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">1+ year of experience in <strong>Automation QA</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test design techniques</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with manual testing of web applications</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger or similar)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience writing test documentation (test cases, checklists)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience creating bug reports and working with Jira</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understanding of SDLC / STLC</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Qase, Zephyr, Xray or similar)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and ability to write test queries</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understanding of client-server architecture</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficiency in <strong>JavaScript or TypeScript</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hands-on experience with <strong>Cypress or Playwright</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understanding of CI/CD workflows (GitLab, GitHub)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with Git</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Fluent Ukrainian and English <strong>B1+</strong> (spoken and written)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Clear communication, responsibility, and attention to detail</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Stable internet connection and charged equipment during working hours</p></li></ul> <p><br /><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in telecom, CPaaS, or messaging platforms</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in improving or building QA processes</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Interest in mentoring or future team leadership</p></li></ul>
